Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays required

Hours: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM
Career1 is seeking reliable and dedicated General Production Workers to join our client's bakery team in Etobicoke, ON. This position involves working on the assembly or baking lines during the afternoon shift. We are looking for individuals who are committed to long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on assembly or baking lines, following production schedules and maintaining pace.
Ensure product quality by following precise instructions and adhering to company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Health & Safety standards.
Participate in GMP training and adhere to all safety protocols.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Able to stand and work on their feet for the entire shift.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Fluent in oral and written English.
