This is a full-time, permanent position. As the regional sales manager, you will be responsible for leading sales operations that generate leads and eventually drive business outcomes. Your responsibilities include the following:
• Initiate sales forecasting on a regular basis, working closely with the marketing & finance team to provide an accurate sales forecast
• Plan sales activities based on the forecast, evaluate regularly and optimize accordingly
• Establish organizational policies and procedures reflecting the sales plan
• Organize regional sales operations that drive leads and/or direct business outcome
• Lead sales team in building relationships with business partners/clients and manage the negotiations of sales contracts
• Recruit, train and manage the sales organization
• Work with multifunctional teams, for instance, the marketing team to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
• Report sales outcomes to the management team on a regular basis

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business preferred. Equivalent sales/business operation & financial reporting experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and sales
• Being Familiar with the Chinese community and a diversified society is a plus
• Team player, ability to engage cross-function teams with different KPIs to drive the ultimate business outcome
• Communicator with solid presentation skill
• Business sense, entrepreneurship, and project management experience are a big plus
