We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization.
Responsibilities: - Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates that meet the specified qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability and interest.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the interview process, providing necessary information and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
- Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and collaborate on candidate selection.
- Job Postings and Advertising:
- Draft compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms.
- Explore creative ways to enhance the visibility of job openings and attract top talent.
- Candidate Assessment:
- Administer assessments or coordinate technical evaluations to evaluate candidate skills and suitability for the role.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
