Compensation: $140,000 to $158,000

Position Impact


As the Chief of Behavioral Health and Wellness (CBHW), you'll spearhead a transformative approach to mental health and substance use services, seamlessly integrated with primary care and dental services. Your leadership will directly impact the well-being of our diverse mountain communities, from long-time locals to seasonal workers and visitors.


Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Education & Licensure:LCSW or Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
  • Active Colorado license and DORA registration
  • Experience: Proven executive leadership in integrated behavioral health settings
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of evidence-based practices and interdisciplinary care models
  • Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute transformative initiatives
  • Grant Mastery: Track record of securing and managing significant funding
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to inspire and engage diverse stakeholders
  • Cultural Competence: Profound understanding of diversity in mountain healthcare settings
