Job Title: Office Administrator Location: Lehi, Utah Type: Full-time About Us: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and support our daily operations. If you have a knack for handling invoicing, payroll, and basic accounting tasks, we'd love to hear from you! Job Summary: As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing our office's invoicing and accounting functions. This position requires a strong understanding of invoicing procedures, basic accounting principles, and attention to detail. While a degree is not required, relevant experience in these areas is essential. Key Responsibilities: Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner. Track and follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment. Accounting: Assist with general accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Support the preparation of financial reports and summaries. Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing, including timekeeping, employee data entry, and benefits administration. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and resolve any discrepancies. Checks and Balances: Perform regular checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets. Administrative Duties: Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory is kept at appropriate levels. Provide general administrative support, including filing, scheduling, and coordinating office activities. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in invoicing, payroll, and basic accounting tasks. Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. No degree required, but relevant work experience is essential. Preferred Attributes: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
