We are seeking a permanent HVAC Service Manager with a strong technical aptitude to lead our team in Fort Collins, CO. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory experience and a proven ability to manage key performance indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities include training and advancing technicians, overseeing residential and commercial service projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee residential and commercial HVAC services

Requirements:
