Asbestos Consultant/Surveyor, Scotland Central Belt, 30-33k+ + Company Vehicle, Health Insurance, Bonus Scheme & Pension

This UKAS Accredited Consultancy has a varied client base which includes many Blue-Chip Companies along with Schools/Universities and Government Departments.
Due to continued and sustained business growth they are now looking to appoint an additional Asbestos Consultant to join their existing team covering the Central Belt.

You must be P402 qualified, P403, P404 or ideally all three would be an advantage.

You will be responsible for undertaking range of air testing from leak tests to 4 stage clearance/issue of reoccupation as well as carrying out Management and Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on Commercial and Domestic properties. This will include regular liaison with clients, contractors and their representatives as well as members of the public.

Requirements
*You must have held a similar position and be P402, P403 and/or P404 qualified
*Full Driving license
*DBS cleared
*Presently Living in within the Central Belt of Scotland, sponsorship is not available so you will need full leave to remain
