Seeking 5+ years experience with: Beverage production and packaging equipmen: Strong troubleshooting abilities; Ability to perform and track all routine and preventive maintenance activities; and track record adapting quickly to change while adjusting priorities as breakdowns occur..

*** Perform routine and preventive maintenance work on bottle fillers, cappers, labelers, as well as, their sub-components -- centrifugal pumps, air compressors, valves, electric motors, etc.

*** Comunicating with process operators to identify equipment problems, determine corrective actions and schedule repairs.

*** Order replacement parts.

*** Maintain effective contractor relations and collborative work strategies.

*** Keep equipment records, repair manuals and inventory of spare parts.

*** Advise management of downtime issue, equipment performance, and suggestions for improvements.

*** Electrical troubleshooting related to PLC's, 3 phase power, motor controls, sensors, actuators, etc.

*** Calibration and troubleshooting of process instrumentation for flow, temperature, level measurement, etc.
