Review and interpret civil, structural and geotechnical construction documents; Prepare geotechnical designs, cost estimates and proposals for ground support solutions using AutoCAD, Settle3 and Plaxis; Communicate with clients, engineers and architects to move the sales process along and bring the project to contract; Perform detailed geotechnical and structural calculations in collaboration with our sales and engineering resources; Make technical presentations to prospects and support the educational training of clientele; Collaborate with members of the sales and operations teams; Visit project sites to increase technical knowledge; Negotiate contract terms and closing of sales when designated as the engineering sales lead; Establish new and maintain existing relationships with customers; • Support the business development department by attending trade shows, conferences, industry events, client meeting and hosting lunch and learns; Review bid invites and maintain bid calendar; Travel four times per quarter for one to three days at time in the U.S. to business development events, conferences, and trainings.

Job requires Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geology or Geotechnical Engineering and one year of work experience as Estimating Engineer or one year of work experience in geotechnical project engineering.
