Header: Need someone to handle day to day HR/ER operations. Higher than HR Asst, have some TA exp. Please note that the individual will be working in an office at a prison.

Must have:

Employee Relations experience: i.e. investigations, personnel matters
Stable work history
Talent Acquisition
Interview skills
Computer Skills: Lots of Excel spreadsheet maintenance
Office 365, TEAMS, Attend Ops & Safety Meetings
Additional information:

Most employees are housekeeping, i.e. Environment Custodians at the prison, in addition to employees with disabilities
Maintain solid emotional state, show compassion and be present; understand the importance of confidentiality
Be positive and present for employees full-time and be willing to talk to and encourage employees
