Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Team handling experience is a must.
• Should have worked with U.S based clients and U.S based projects for at least a year.
• Proficient in using quantity surveying software such as CostX, Bluebeam Revu and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost estimates and budget for construction projects
• Assist in tender preparation and provide support in contract negotiations
• Conduct site visits and perform measurements for quantity takeoffs
• Review and evaluate subcontractor quotations and invoices
• Monitor project costs, progress, and quality
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project records
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and quality standards
• Assist in claims management and dispute resolution
• Collaborate with project team members to optimize project delivery
