Our key client in Coimbatore is hiring for an HR MANAGER position with 8+ years of relevant experience in Statutory Compliance, Recruitment, and payroll.
Skills Required: As the Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's HR strategies and functions. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies encompassing performance evaluation, staffing, training, development, and more. * Team Management: Supervise and provide expert guidance to HR personnel, ensuring the team operates cohesively and efficiently. * Flexibility: Exhibit flexibility in adapting HR strategies and policies to the evolving needs of the organization. * Recruitment Focus: Give special attention to recruitment, creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career, and graduate hiring. Partner with organizational leaders to understand ongoing hiring needs. * Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal aspects applicable to HR and adhere to internal policies and standards. * Employee Relations: Handle grievance redressal and invoke disciplinary actions when required, maintaining a balanced and fair approach. * Talent Acquisition: Create and implement talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career, and graduate hiring, partnering with organizational leaders to understand ongoing hiring needs. * Senior Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior roles within the company. * External Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with external providers as needed to fulfill hiring requirements. * Performance Assessment: Assess employee performance based on company objectives and provide constructive feedback accordingly. * Payroll Management: Administer timely payroll processes and manage accounting records for employee salaries. * HR Policy Development: Review and revise the HR policy handbook to reflect changing economic trends, legislation, and organizational goals. * Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including upper management. Requirements: * Proven track record as an HR Manager or in other managerial HR roles. * Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and recommended HR practices. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including upper management. * Flexibility in adapting HR strategies and policies. * Strong focus on recruitment skills.
