Our Texas healthcare facility seeks a dedicated Medical Director to oversee and coordinate the clinical activities of our PACE team, including providing high-quality geriatric care.
Practice Details and Responsibilities:
Conduct performance evaluations, oversee participant care, and ensure adherence to medical standards and compliance
Collaborate with executives, manage clinical outcomes, and supervise healthcare personnel
Oversee pharmacy services, manage relationships with subspecialty contractors, and screen/negotiate with potential medical staff
Implement and manage Quality Improvement and Utilization Management programs to optimize outcomes
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
No weekend duties

Annual guaranteed base salary

Requirements:
Medical Director experience is preferred, but interim or earlier leadership roles considered
Proficiency in Spanish preferred
Board Certification in Internal Medicine required
Texas medical license preferred, but not mandatory
