We have partnered with a large Wireless Services Company in Mobile, AL to provide them with a Branch Manager. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Branch Manager:

#1. High School Diploma Required

#2. 3-5 years’ experience in Emergency Response line of work, Fire Department, Law Enforcement or Military leadership preferred.

#3. 3-5 years’ progressive management responsibilities required.

#4. Experience of resource planning & understanding of budgeting.

#5. Requires strong computer skills. Including creation of various reports & complex spreadsheets. Must be proficient in entire Microsoft Office Suite with a strong focus on Excel & Word. Microsoft Dynamics AX Experience also preferred.



Requirements of the Branch Manager:

Skills and Knowledge:

Strong grasp of customer needs and expectations
Ability to deliver on promises made to clients
Proactive in resolving challenges
Capable of performing well under pressure
Self-driven with a focus on achieving targets
Solid understanding of technical aspects, particularly in telecommunications
Experience with computer databases
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in creating detailed reports and complex spreadsheets. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, is essential. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is also a plus.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach
Experience in resource management and budgeting
Willingness to travel for training and other duties
Responsible for maintaining records related to work hours, attendance, worker’s compensation, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Education and Experience:

High School Diploma is required
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
3-5 years of experience in emergency services, such as Fire Department, Law Enforcement, or Military leadership roles, is desirable
3-5 years of experience in progressive management roles is required
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure to meet goals
Experience in resource management and budgeting
Strong customer-focused mindset
Background in Radio Frequency (RF) communications is a plus
Skilled in presenting to small customer groups


Other Key Requirements:

Onsite role
Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check; drug screen and have a valid US Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
No suspensions within the past five years.
No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
