Role and Responsibilities:

The ICU Specialist will be responsible for providing specialized care to critically ill patients in the ICU. Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing and monitoring treatment plans for patients in the ICU
• Managing and administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring patient vital signs and responding to any changes in condition
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
• Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and safety measures
• Providing support and education to patients and their families
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records

Candidate Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an ICU setting
• Valid certification and registration as an ICU Specialist
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of critical care procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment

Salary range 1,10,000 - 1,30,000
