Role: Director Site Reliability EngineeringLocation: Dallas, TX (On-site)Mode of Hire: Fulltime/Permanent Lead strategy and development of SRE functions for consumer applications including Digital, Assisted and Marketing Technology systems to implement best in class SRE practices to improve the reliability of these systems. Work with external industry leaders to understand the latest SRE and Production Ops practices for running a Digital/Product company and implement the best in class solutions/tools. Lead SRE Platform build with features including AIOps, Automation, FinOps to improve operational efficiency, Standardization etc to improve systems reliability and availability Drive engineering best practices and technology standards to solve operation problems Responsible for standardizing the middleware and database platforms for cloud and on prem. Drive efforts for monitoring, alerting and self-healing based on real-time data from various sources including APM, logs, servers, network, storage, etc. Lead ErrorCode anomaly detection to proactively alert anomalies in application or system error. Reduce the number of alerts by deducting failures and automate the recovery process to improve efficiency Infrastructure as code: Design, build, test and implement including new service onboard, upgrades, tech refresh or provisioning infrastructure. Experience designing & operating large-scale distributed systems handling millions of real-time requests per second. Build and drive adoption for greater self-healing and resiliency patterns. Domain: Telecommunications.Experience: 15+ years of IT experience applications, infrastructure, or database architectures. Leadership experience managing SRE transformation program for a large, global, complex technology-based organization. Experience designing & operating large-scale distributed systems handling millions of real-time requests per second
