Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our team at Prana Security System LLP. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment's to potential customers. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience. Join us and be a part of our growing team!


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service management skills
  • Ability to engage potential customers and effectively market products and goods
  • Experience in online advertising, cold calling, and social media marketing is a plus
  • Ability to address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions
  • Familiarity with safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment's is preferred
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Contact potential customers through cold calling, online advertising, social media marketing, and other strategies
  • Promote and market our safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment's to potential customers
  • Engage potential customers in conversations to understand their needs and provide information about our products
  • Address customer concerns and help improve sales through effective communication and customer service management
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
