Wage: $159,390.00 - $288,475.00 per year

Duties and position description:

The CEO will be responsible for the overall decisions and direction of the company, including to develop further business and projects. The CEO will be responsible for building relationships with existing and potential customers and seek new business opportunities throughout the U.S. The CEO will:

· Participate in customer relations by traveling to customer sites
· Review and suggest changes to enhance business relationships
· Implement changes to ensure the business continues to grow
· Consistently source continuous improvement opportunities and facilitate development
· Provide leadership and strategy, leading the team to increased customer satisfaction, and increased revenue quality
· Implement and improve workplace safety given the mechanics and technical nature of the business
· Train newly hired employees on J&J Pressure’s unique and proprietary equipment
· Train staff and employees on J&J Pressure’s standard of operating and safety procedures to ensure consistency
· Assign personnel to new clients to fulfill services requested
· Regular travel to project sites in North Dakota, Oklahoma, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania

Required Qualifications:

· Previous industry specific CEO experience
· Journeyman certificate or equivalent
