Hospitalist opening for an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Experience required: MSN, ACNP or Masters, PA-C with 2+ years of strong hospitalist experience, will practice independently, MD license, DEA, ACLS, BLS.

Level II Trauma (2 hospitals, 20 minutes apart)
15 patients per day
Days 8A-6P 16 shifts per month
Not block schedule, cover at both hospitals
No procedures, no codes, closed ICU
Base salary, plus $20-25K RVU/qual, 20K sign, full benefits

Area info: Both hospitals are in suburbs of Baltimore and located in Harford County which is at the top of the Chesapeake Bay. There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area including some of the top topiary gardens in the country. There are good schools, plenty of variety for your dining pleasure.
