Ran Don Farms Ltd. located at 7051 176 Street Surrey, B.C V3S 4P4 is looking to hire 2 full-time Farm supervisors. This position requires flexible, organized persons with 1 or more years of farm experience.

Farm supervisor performs the following duties:
• Supervise and Co-ordinate the farm workers and farm activities such as soil preparation, spraying irrigation and pruning etc.
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures for the workers.
• To ensure farm safety and security procedures are followed.
• Maintain quality and production records.
• Make reports on equipment, materials and production.
• Keep records and prepares estimates of requirements.
• Monitor, some feeding and treating animal health
• Hire and train staff
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• May perform general farm duties
Education: No specific education is required but having is an asset.
Experience: 1 or more years of farm experience; Team leader, Farm machinery experience is an asset.
Work conditions and physical capabilities
Work days, night and weekend shifts, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing and walking
