Job Title: Biomedical Engineer (Customer Service )
Location: Plano, TX 75024
Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay range: $30/hr to $36/hr on W2

Description:

Duties: Ideal candidate will work in an call center environment/ inbound calls and execute Tech support engineer duties.. take calls from patients and field agents; trouble shooting med devices and resolve issues.. 40% calls or patient/ or MRI Centers

Experience: 3-5yrs of BIO Med Eng experience, Fresh Grads of BioMed with CS experience

Key Skills: Customer Service experience, Soft skills, communication skills, Engineer Background, Multitask, typing, data entry.

Education: BS degree, (BIO MED) or relevant combination of education & experience.. Fresh Grads of BioMed with CS experience will be considered Associate not apply Master Degree may be considered
