Job Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Officer to join our team. The Key Account Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This is a full-time position Openings are available at Kottayam, Kannur and Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Key Account Officer or in a similar role, with 1 to 3 years of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of HR services and industry trends is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain key accounts, including regular communication, addressing client queries, and resolving issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Prepare and present reports on key account performance, including sales forecasts, revenue growth, and client feedback
- Stay updated with industry trends and competition, providing insights and recommendations to improve account management strategies
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of services
- Monitor and track key account activities, ensuring timely delivery of services and proactive problem-solving
- Identify growth opportunities within key accounts, suggesting new services or solutions to meet client needs
- Stay updated with product knowledge and capabilities, effectively promoting our services to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
