Role & Responsibilities:-
- Mentorship: Provide career advice to potential learners, guiding them in their career paths.-
- Sales: Achieve weekly targets for enrollments, revenue, and collections.
- Sales Lifecycle: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing and post-sales management.
- Database Management: Keep detailed records of interactions and provide feedback to the marketing team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-
- Dials per Day: Minimum of 100 calls.
- Talk Time: 1.5 hours per day on average.
-Test Takers: At least 2 test takers per day.
- Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed weekly revenue goals.
Shift Timings:
- APAC: 8 AM - 5:30 PM
- EMEA: 12 PM - 9 PM or 2 PM - 11 PM
- US Region: 8 PM - 5 AM
Working Schedule:- 6 days a week, with two Saturdays and all Sundays off.
