Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic E-Commerce Executive to join our team at LITTLEBUBS. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing our online sales channels and driving the growth of our e-commerce business. This is a full-time position based in Palladam, Tamil Nadu, India, with a junior level requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and CMS
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Familiarity with baby products or the baby industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our online sales channels, including our website and e-marketplace platforms
• Drive the growth of our e-commerce business by implementing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
• Monitor market trends, analyze customer behavior, and identify opportunities for business expansion
• Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions on various e-commerce platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and delivery to customers
• Handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our e-commerce initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce
• Assist in generating reports and presenting insights to the management team
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce policies, terms, and regulations
