Position Overview: Our client is hiring Residential Childcare Workers to provide compassionate care and support to children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in Birmingham and Rugeley.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily care routines and activities for children.
Support children in developing life skills and social interactions.
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment in residential settings.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young adults in a care setting.
Understanding of EBD and its impact on children's behaviour.
Valid UK driver's license and comfort driving Manual/Automatic vehicles.
