Police Officer - Entry-level & Lateral Location: US-OR-Warrenton - 97146 Email Job

Position performs all aspects of police duties. Requirements that must be met in order to be considered as a Lateral Police Officer include: DPSST Basic Police Certification or equivalent out-of-state certification (only state certifications recognized by Oregon DPSST will be considered - must provide proof of certification with application). Position requires a valid Oregon driver’s license (or ability to obtain prior to appointment), high school graduate or GED, must be 21 years of age, a U.S. citizen, and no felony convictions. Prior to appointment, a successful candidate must pass pre-employment testing and screening process. Position has a full benefits package and several incentives, including up to $300/month for intermediate and advanced certificates.
