Job Overview

Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a Hotel Staff to join our team. This role requires a Junior level candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The Hotel Staff will be responsible for assisting guests and ensuring their satisfaction during their stay. The job is located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a Full-Time position offering competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of hotel booking and reservation systems is preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Check guests in and out of the hotel
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
• Promote hotel amenities and services to guests
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times
