Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in visa counseling and application filing
• In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and application procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assistance to students in the visa application process
• Prepare and review visa applications, ensuring all required documents are accurately completed
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and any changes in the application process
• Communicate with relevant embassies and consulates to gather required information
• Ensure all visa applications are filed within the specified timelines
• Track and monitor the progress of visa applications and provide regular updates to students
• Handle any issues or queries related to visa applications
• Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and related documentation
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
