The Challenge:
A leading numerous industry awards winning premium CTV/OTT advertising platform is seeking a Senior Lead Full Stack Engineer.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications to enhance the demand-side platform for a major media company.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to align project goals and deliverables.
• Implement best practices for code quality, including automated testing and CI/CD processes.
• Mentor junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Optimize application performance to handle high traffic volumes and ensure reliability.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to drive team innovation and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory standards and data privacy laws.

Essential Skills & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and strong communication skills.
• Prior experience in the media industry is required.
• Knowledge of software development standards and U.S. media industry regulations.
