General Accountabilities

Answering phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner.
Communicating with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
Entering information using a computer and Microsoft Excel
Assisting customers with scheduling appointments for different departments
Assisting customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
Must be available to work flexible hours and on weekends

Job Qualifications

Customer Service Experience a plus!
Must by 18 years or older
Must possess a valid drivers license
