HVAC Project Manager
Worcester, MA

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000

Job Description: Responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing commercial HVAC projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives. Duties include dividing up their budget for different project aspects, advocating for additional funding when necessary, hiring subcontractors or selecting project team members from existing departments, and setting or adjusting project schedules to adhere to deadlines.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to consult, design, and propose project estimates
- Schedule crews, material, and equipment deliveries
- Manage day-to-day job site activities as well as oversee safety procedures and policies
- Attend project meetings and produce RFI's and Change Orders
- Maintain project budgets/hours and track progress
- Manage subcontractors’ scope and performance
- Organize, file, and track all project coordination and correspondence
- Able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously

Skills & Qualifications:
- Refrigeration Contractor's License (Preferred)
- 15+ years commercial & industrial HVAC experience (preferred)
- Highly motivated, detailed, and professional
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effectively work well with clients, office staff, sub-contractors, and vendors
- Outstanding time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
