Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team at Factor Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of HR practices.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment
  • Proven track record in sourcing and selecting candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and other recruitment software
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and time management skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Source and attract candidates by utilizing databases, social media, and other recruitment channels
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on the job requirements
  • Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
