Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Tech Lead to join our client's team. You will be responsible for leading a team of data professionals and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of data solutions. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and requires more than 9 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• More than 9 years of experience in data engineering and data management
• Proven experience as a Data Tech Lead or similar role
• Strong knowledge of data technologies such as RedShift, AWS RDS, SQL Server, and Cloud ETL
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Experience in executing data processes and ensuring data quality
• Knowledge of NFR testing and performance optimization
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data professionals to design, develop, and maintain data solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Implement best practices and ensure data quality and integrity
• Manage data migration, integration, and transformation processes
• Optimize data architecture and infrastructure to support business needs
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
