Seeking a Compensation Manager / Total Rewards Leader for a hospital system located 1 hour southwest of Omaha
Compensation Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our client's compensation strategies.
Job Details:
• You'll be responsible for the planning, implementation, communication, operations, monitoring and ongoing management of all healthcare system's compensation programs.
• Oversee and administer all employee compensation programs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Leading the development and execution of compensation strategies, including regular benchmarking and market analysis.
• Managing and maintaining a comprehensive wage administration program to support recruitment and retention.
• Providing leadership, supervision, and development to the compensation team.
• Collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning and departmental projects.
Experience required:
• Be able to do the job as described.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administrations or related field required
• Experience in the healthcare industry with a focus on compensation (at least 5 years).
• Expertise in compensation design from concept to execution, with a deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• 3 years of proven leadership experience supervising others.
• CCP certification preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for attention to Salary negotiable based on experience, full benefits package.
