Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our team and contribute to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in recruitment, team leadership, grievance handling, payroll management, and all aspects of human resource management. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee satisfaction, and driving organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Leadership: - Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to on boarding, ensuring the selection of high-quality candidates that align with the organization's values and goals. - Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and establish effective interview and assessment processes.
2. Team Management: - Manage and guide a diverse HR team, providing mentorship, training, and fostering a collaborative work environment. - Delegate tasks, set clear objectives, and monitor team performance to ensure HR operations run smoothly.
3. Grievance Handling: - Implement a comprehensive grievance handling system that addresses employee concerns promptly, fairly, and in accordance with company policies and legal regulations. - Mediate conflicts and maintain a positive working environment that encourages open communication.
4. Payroll Management: - Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, including deductions, bonuses, and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and employment laws.
5. Employee Documentations and Exit Formalities: - Manage all employee documentation, including contracts, policies, and records, while maintaining confidentiality and data security. - Coordinate smooth exit processes, conducting exit interviews and ensuring completion of all required formalities.
6. Communication and Leadership: - Provide visionary leadership to the HR team, encouraging a creative and growth-oriented mind-set.- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in all interactions.- Maintain prompt and professional email communication, addressing inquiries and issues promptly.
7. Problem Solving and Decision Making: - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, analyzing complex HR issues and making well-informed decisions that balance employee welfare and business objectives.
8. Visionary Approach and Growth Orientation: - Bring a forward-thinking and visionary perspective to the role, aligning HR strategies with the organization's long-term growth plans.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience of at least 3 to 6 years in HR, with a strong background in recruitment, team management, and grievance handling.
- Previous experience leading a team of at least 50 employees.
- Exceptional email writing skills and timely response to communication.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and a focus on fast resolution.
- Self-driven, motivated, and capable of making decisions independently.
