Job Description:

Miracles Fintech, a dynamic and rapidly growing stock broking company, is seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join the HR team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting talented individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a strong command of English. Your focus will be on sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to support our organization's expansion efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the desired qualifications and communication standards.
• Conduct initial phone and/or video interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Assist in negotiation and finalization of employment offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Participate in HR initiatives and projects as required.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with candidates and team members.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to sourcing and attracting candidates.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
