Position: Residential HVAC Service Technician




Job Type: Full-Time




Salary: 70k- 100k+ + Benefits




Key Responsibilities:




Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems in residential settings.


Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.


Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repair options and recommendations to homeowners.


Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.


Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices.


Stay current with industry trends and advancements through ongoing training and certification.


Qualifications:




High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC is preferred.


Proven experience as an HVAC Technician with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.


Valid HVAC license and driver’s license with a clean driving record.


Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Strong communication and customer service skills.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and climbing.
