Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a relevant field
- Proven experience in export sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of export rules, regulations, and documentation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Good understanding of market trends and competitor activities
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the entire export sales process, from lead generation to order finalization
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the export sales market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities
- Provide sales reports and forecasts to management
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote company products
- Stay updated with export regulations and compliance requirements
