Burglar & Fire Alarm Technician

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Maintenance: Expertly install and maintain residential and commercial burglar & fire alarm systems.
CCTV & IP Systems: Provide comprehensive on-site and off-site maintenance for CCTV and IP camera systems.
Independent Work: Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision, ensuring high-quality results.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of alarm system operations and troubleshooting.
Panel Experience: Hands-on experience with various alarm panels, including Honeywell, Resideo, Vista Series, Lynx, Pro Series, GE, DSC, and others.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift over 65lbs and perform aerial work as needed.
Qualifications:

Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Driving Record: Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
Compliance: Willingness to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Education & Experience:

Required Education: High school diploma or GED.
Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in fire alarm systems.
