Preferred Candidate Profile

• Good experience in energy analysis/benchmarking and energy modelling
• Working experience on tools such as Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• In-depth knowledge of Energy modelling software-IES. Experience in using Design Builder is an added advantage
• Knowledge of international standards such as ASHRAE, CIBSE, IMC, IBC and LEED
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate within a multicultural environment with exposure to US market
• Excellent documentation & presentation skills
• Understanding of building HVAC, lighting and other related system and ability to efficiently read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Ability to understand client scope & convert into details workflow & estimation

Qualification: BE (Mechanical)
