Position Details

Position: Construction Cleaner
Salary: $ 28.85 per hour
Job Type: Full-time; Permanent
Number of Positions: 4
Expected start date: As soon as possible.
Work timings: 2 PM to 10 PM (5 days a week)
Work locations: Various locations in Surrey (BC) and other areas of Lower Mainland (BC) as per the company’s contracts with its clients.

Job Duties
•Gather and remove rubble, scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other unwanted materials from the construction sites.
•Empty trash cans and other waste containers located at the construction sites.
•Thoroughly clean all specified work areas and prepare for the next day's work while respecting all safety rules and regulations of the construction site.
•Clean windows, interior walls, floors, ceilings, etc.
•Vacuuming, and sweeping hallways, floors, and stairs when required.
•Move equipment, supplies, and other items to appropriate areas for cleanup work.
Position Requirements

•Completion of Secondary school would be considered an asset but not mandatory.
•Some work experience in similar work would be an asset but not mandatory.

Transportation: Transportation between work sites will be provided by the company and travel time will be paid.
