Job description Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Manager to join our publishing house. The primary focus of this role will be managing our e-commerce operations, with a specific emphasis on Amazon campaigns, A+ listing optimization, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to maximize sales and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management, particularly within the publishing industry, and possess a deep understanding of Amazon's platform and algorithms.


Responsibilities:


1.Amazon Campaign Management:

Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon advertising campaigns to drive sales and increase product visibility.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize advertising spend and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Stay updated on Amazon's advertising policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.


2.A+ Listing Optimization:

Create and enhance A+ content, including product descriptions, images, and videos, to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.

Conduct A/B testing and implement strategies to continuously improve A+ listing performance.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and design, to ensure consistent brand messaging across A+ listings.


3.Search Engine Optimization (SEO) on Amazon:

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility within Amazon's search results.

Optimize product titles, bullet points, and product descriptions to improve search rankings and increase click-through rates.

Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Track and analyze e-commerce sales data, including revenue, units sold, and customer behavior, to identify trends and make informed business decisions.


4.Competitive Analysis:

Conduct regular competitor research to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

Utilize competitive insights to develop strategies that differentiate our products and maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the publishing industry. Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, including advertising campaigns, A+ content, and SEO.

Proficiency in analysing e-commerce sales data and utilizing tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and online retail.
