Job Title: Resort Manager
Location: Waterloo, IA
Salary: $45-55K + bonus

Job Summary of the Resort Manager: The Resort Manager will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the resort’s vision and mission are met. Manage the staff and ensure the highest customer care and customer service standards.

Qualifications of the Resort Manager:

● Implementing and enforcing company policies, processes, and procedures
● Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism
● Hiring and firing staff, reviews, onboarding and training new staff
● Ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the facility
● Collaboration with the marketing team to promote and attract new customers
● Implementing innovative solutions to enhance customer experience
● Adhering to the company’s core values and fostering a positive and supportive work environment
● Acting as a mentor and leader for the staff
● Foster and develop relationships with staff and customers
