We are seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in Texas. 

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient setting treating patients aged 2 and older
  
  
  
  • Average volume of 14-18 PPD
  • 1:1 provider to RN/MA ratio 
  
  

Case Mix:

• Full primary care, including well-woman exams, physical exams, chronic care management, acute-episodic care, lab services, immunizations/allergy injections, and provider dispensing
  
  
  
  • Minor and limited procedures
  
  

Scheduling:

• Monday - Thursday
  
  
  
  • 7 AM - 6 PM 
  • No call
  
  

Requirements:

• Certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
• BLS and DEA required 
• Minimum of 12 months of experience 
• Licensed in Texas
