ADX Labs, Inc. seeks a President in Minneapolis, MN. Job duties include: Develop, analyze, and review company strategy, business plans, and budgets for company divisions and departments. Lead day-to-day business operations and present results to company executives, key stakeholders, and the board of directors. Appoint and manage division and department leaders to ensure execution of business plans and achievement of KPIs. Develop regulatory, tax, and compliance strategies and support business operations in interactions with regulatory and tax authorities. Monitor regulatory and enforcement environment to identify risks to the company and its customer relationships. Must be willing to work remotely.

Candidates must have at least 6 years of professional experience working in international business operations, including developing and marketing technology products. Must have at least 6 years of experience advising companies on tax, accounting, and compliance issues relating to international business operations and investment, including within Asia. Must have at least 6 years of experience analyzing international markets to identify opportunities for the expansion of new and existing businesses. Must have at least 6 years of experience developing strategic plans for international business expansion and leading cross-functional operations teams across multiple national markets. Must have at least 6 years of experience establishing long-term strategic relationships with international clients, customers, stakeholders, and partners. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
