This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience in HR.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist HR team in various HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures
• Maintain employee database and ensure accurate employee records
• Assist in organizing HR events and training programs
• Provide support in HR-related administrative tasks
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices
