Warp Drive, Inc. dba FalconX seeks Product Manager, OTC Derivatives in San Mateo, CA:

Job Duties: Manage and own the creation of the company's derivative trading platform. Lead technical development for Over the Counter (OTC) derivative product features. Manage initiatives from ideation and Minimum Variable Product (MVP) through to General Availability. Ideate, design, specify, and build value-added features for clients. Utilize advanced data and analytical tools to develop technical risk models supporting the release of cross-platform portfolio margining, firmwide risk limits, and active treasury management. Specify, build, and manage integrations with key third-party vendors, counterparties, and exchanges to improve OTC derivative liquidity, data analytics, systems, and controls. Design, build, and ship end-to-end operational process flows. Define and drive OTC derivative product strategy and roadmap. Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure the company is operating and building within the guidelines of regulators. Prepare technical product documentation, process flows diagrams, and market and operational risk models to satisfy inquiries or requests for information. Design and publish internal and external marketing and sales collateral to support Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. Perform advanced historical data modeling and analysis to design, structure, backtest, and launch unique structured product and derivative trading opportunities. Develop productized calculation flows to increase internal controls and reduce operational risk. Telecommuting and remote employment permitted. Salary: $245,000 to $281,750.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Financial Engineering, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or product management/financial equity-related position.

Special Skill Requirements: at least two (2) years of experience in each of the following skills: 1) Derivatives trading; 2) Risk management; 3) Project management; 4) Product design; 5) Software design and development; and 6) MySQL. Telecommuting and remote employment permitted.
