Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Strong understanding of payroll principles and regulations
  • Proficient in payroll software and HRIS systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Certification in Payroll Processing or Human Resources (HR) is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end payroll process for all employees
  • Ensure accurate calculation of employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, allowances, and deductions
  • Process payroll in a timely manner and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records in the HRIS system
  • Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of payroll and HR processes
  • Stay up-to-date with payroll trends, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
