Design, build, and test enterprise business intelligence and data warehousing solutions utilizing Informatica (IICS), Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Power BI, Paginated Report, T-SQL. Develop visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards. Accountable for Power BI development and site administration. Meet with business users, gather business requirements, and develop BI data models and reports using various applications like Infor SX.e/CSD, UltiPro, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Samsara, and Hybris. Supervise offsite and offshore team members and manage their deliverables. Lead, mentor, and supervise all Business Intelligence, Analytics Application development staff. Ensure information is identified at the right time and at appropriate level for reporting purposes. Educate business stakeholders on intelligence reporting capabilities. Manage all aspects of Enterprise Reporting, Business Intelligence, Data Integration and CRM development throughout the enterprise. Evaluate existing landscape and underlying data layers to provide architectural recommendations to meet business requirements. Create collaterals/visual mock-ups for approved prototypes. Manage activities to improve efficiency, stability, security, and optimization of FBM’s Information Technology environment. Design, execution, and effectiveness of a system of internal controls that provides reasonable assurance that services are effective, efficient and assets are safeguarded. Provide Business Analysts and Developers training on latest tools and techniques. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or foreign equivalent). 5 years’ experience in job offered or as Computer Software Professional, Solution Architect, or any combination thereof. Must have 5 years of experience (can be gained concurrently with experience above) in the following: Azure skills including Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Services; Design, develop and implementing complex data warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions using Informatica (IICS), Azure Synopsis, Power BI, MS Report Builder, Paginated Report, DAX, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, T-SQL. Must have 2 years’ experience (can be gained concurrently with experience above) in the following: Data modeling experience in Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Inventory, GA, and CRM; Creating customer profitability data model utilizing Vistex as rebate engine; Analyzing labor data utilizing data from UltiPro and WFM. Must have 1 year experience (can be gained concurrently with experience above) in the following: Working with telematics data sourcing from Trimble and Samsara.
