HRIS & Payroll Specialist Location: US-AZ-Phoenix Email Job

Interpret and explain the company’s HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with local laws and standards or regulations during recruiting, training, resignation and other HR tasks; Develop a comprehensive talent development plan with the management team including: career development, training, promotion, retention plan and succession plan; build and implement a performance management process; Schedule and conduct new employee orientations, assist with onboarding process, answer employee questions regarding benefits, leave, termination, and other policies, process leave requests and unemployment claims, coordinate and plan employee events such as seminars and team building gatherings; Select and recommend candidates to management for hiring, attend meetings with HR manager and other management to discuss recruitment process, interviewing policies, and hiring goals, evaluate recruitment criteria and selection techniques; Maintain the HRIS database and ensure data accuracy and integrity; Manage on-time disbursement of multi-state payroll, including garnishments, benefits, and taxes; Prepare and maintain employment records, legal and policy documentation, employee files, workers’ compensation case files, job applications, claims, etc., process and track paperwork for performance management cases.
REQUIREMENT:
3 years working experience in the position.
SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
40 hours per week
